By accessing or using Synapse ("the Platform", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Synapse, operated under the laws of Kenya.
Synapse is a trading intelligence and journaling platform that provides algorithmically generated market signals, technical analysis, and trade tracking tools. ALL signals and insights generated by this platform — whether by system indicators or artificial intelligence — are strictly for EDUCATIONAL and INFORMATIONAL purposes only. They do NOT constitute personalised financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitations to buy or sell any financial instrument.
Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Synapse does not hold a Capital Markets Services (CMS) licence or any equivalent regulatory authorisation in Kenya or any other jurisdiction. You must obtain independent professional advice before making any trading or investment decisions. You acknowledge that all trading carries significant risk, including the possible loss of all capital invested.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Synapse. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that you are not prohibited from using financial tools or receiving market data under applicable law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at synapsecustomersupport@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised use. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to secure your account. API keys connected to third-party brokers (e.g., Binance, MT4/MT5) are encrypted at rest and are never stored in plaintext.
You agree not to: (a) use the platform for illegal purposes or to manipulate markets; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data without authorisation; (c) share account access with third parties; (d) use automated bots or scripts against our API beyond normal platform use; (e) resell or redistribute Synapse signals or content without written consent.
Synapse offers subscription plans as displayed on our Pricing page. All fees are quoted in USD and are charged monthly or annually as selected. Payments are processed by third-party providers. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. No refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by applicable Kenyan consumer protection law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synapse and its affiliates, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, reliance on any signals or data, broker connectivity failures, market data inaccuracies, or third-party service outages. This limitation applies whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
All content, design, algorithms, and software on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Synapse. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Synapse reserves all other rights.
Synapse integrates with third-party providers including Google (authentication), Binance (trade data), MetaTrader brokers (webhook), and market data providers. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may also close your account by contacting synapsecustomersupport@gmail.com. Upon termination, your data will be retained for up to 90 days for dispute resolution and then deleted.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Nairobi, Kenya, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitute acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
